El Barón tiene su cumpleaños

The big day has arrived; Mads alias ”El Barón” is having his birthday. Franziska and I have brought him a cake that he is getting when we are getting to class and later is he getting the big gift which Franziska and I think is a most have, now when El Barón is in Mexico. The Smile of El Barón is big, when he is opening his gift and seeing the typical Mexican hat and the lime presser which we have giving him.

Since Mads is having a big passion for food and wine has he decided that we should be going to a restaurant that is famous for one of the specialities of Cabrito. Cabrito is baby gout. The baby gout is never going to walk before it comes to the butcher, which is the reason why the meet is really tender. The meat is served with tortillas so we all make it by us self. The meat doesn’t have so much taste and seams a bit like the Danish “flæskesteg”. Even though Mads don’t like to be in the spotlight, can he not escape this on his birthday. Because here in Mexico is a birthday a big thing so we are nearly 20 for the dinner.

El Juanito, El Barón y El Toro

After the dinner are some of use going out to a bar, which Shanel sold to us as a bar but in reality it is more like a club in comparison for the Danish Standards. Since the first days here in Mexico has especially Johan, Mads and I used a lot of time together and are becoming good friends. Therefor have we by our Mexican friends got other alias, especially the alias of Johan have been made by Jessica and Shanel who have giving him the alias: Juanito. Nice everybody find Toke a difficult name to pronunciation has my alias become “El Toro”, which means Bull in Spanish, as my middle name. So we tree together are called, El Toro, El Barón y El Juanito.
