Quesaltapeque is located about 15 km from San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador. Quesaltapeque is well known for their big prison, which is one of the largest in El Salvador, but Quesaltapeque is also a modern city.

At the national “institute Jose Maria Peralta Lagos” also known as “El Bachi” is German Enrique Rodriquez a student. He is 16 years old. He is also a member of the schools big bras band.

German is one of those young students who were looking forward to the opening of the new public internet café 2011 which was going to open by support from the students at the Danish school HANSENBERG in Kolding. Who made “HANSENBERG-dagen” the 1st of October 2010 to donate money to the establishment of this Internet café.

The idea was to give the people in Quesaltapeque a possibility to use the Internet for free, as another form of education with all the knowhow you can get from it.
